Ingredients : 1 cup of barley, 1 cup of maple syrup, half a cup of honey, 1 cup of walnut, 4 cups of oats, a packet of dried fruits which are chopped, required amount of cinnamon and canola oil
Before starting to cook, preheat to a temperature between 300-325 degree Celsius.
Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and add the syrup. Stir well and spread the mixture on a pan
Bake the mixture at a temperature between 300 and 325 degree Celsius with stirring for every 5 to 10 minutes.
Add dry fruits and allow the mixture to cool completely.
Serve with low fat milk and experience the delicacy of this healthy breakfast

The nutritious Yogurts :
Ingredients : 1 cup of barley, 1/2 cup of honey, 4 cups of yogurt, 2 cups of fresh strawberries ( sliced ), required amount of water and salt
Keep the barley soaked in water overnight. In the morning heat under low temperature for 15-20 minutes. Add honey, salt and allow the mixture to cool.
Take 1/4 cup of Yogurt in a glass and add the barley mixture and strawberries over it. Repeat layers with the same ingredients.

Ingredients : Bread 4 slices, carrot, beetroot, capsicum( all sliced ), required amount of salt,butter and pepper.
Heat a small amount of butter in a pan and add the sliced carrot, beetroot and capsicum. Add pepper,salt to the vegetables and cook at low heat.
Arrange the cooked vegetables over the bread slices in various layers.
