Cook time- 20 minutes

Ready in- 40 minutes

Yields- 4 servings

 

Ingredients-

  • 3 tablespoons- sesame seeds
  • 2- Egg white
  • ¼ cup- cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon- pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound- shrimp
  • 1 cup- orange juice
  • ¼ cup- dry sherry
  • 1- scallion
  • 2- tablespoon- sugar
  • 2 tablespoons- canola oil

 

Instructions-

  • Whisk egg whites, sesame seeds, pepper, salt, cornstarch in a bowl.
  • Toss the shrimp to coat
  • Cook the shrimp till golden brown
  • Add sherry, orange juice, sugar and soy sauce.
  • Cook till the sauce is thickened.
