How To Cook Chicken Enchiladas.

The recipe below will be used while serving three people therefore it will take 15 minutes to prepare adequately and a total of 25 minutes to bake.

Ingredients

  • · 1 can of enchilada sauce
  • · 2 ounces of cheese cream
  • · 1 beaker of salsa
  • · 1 beaker cubed cooked chicken
  • · 1 beaker of pinto beans
  • · 1 beaker of Mexican shredded cheese
  • · 5 flour tortillas
  • · 1 beaker of green chilies

Procedure

  • · Place ¼ beaker of enchilada sauce into a dish. Cook and mix the cream cheese together with salsa for 2-3 minutes over average heat. Swirl the beans, chicken and chilies.
  • · At the centre of each tortilla place about 1/3 cup of chicken mix. Rolled up place the seam side down over sauce, use the remaining enchilada sauce to top up and shake over cheese on it.
  • · cover and cook in the oven at 350�c for 15-20 minutes.

For: 3 persons.

The chicken enchilada is as nutritious as it contains fat, sodium, carbohydrates, fiber and protein. It can also be enjoyed with white wine.
