Ingredients

  • · Butter- 1tbsp
  • · Whole wheat bread-4 slices
  • · Oil-1tsp
  • · Chillies or paprika-a pinch
  • · Veggies- of your choice
  • · Soya-2-3 cubical pieces (small)
  • · Salt- a pinch

 

Instructions

  • · Lightly butter four whole wheat bread slices of toast.
  • · Heat the oil and add green chilli/paprika powder, veggies, soya and salt.
  • · Cook for two to three minutes.
  • · Scatter the mixture on the bread slices and savor the breakfast.
